I’m an avid world traveller based between Sydney, Australia and Bali, Indonesia. Travel isn’t only the industry I work in. I live and breathe it every day, as a professional and as a guest.

As the one steering Fourth Key, I’ve spent many years between Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia getting to know the key markets, the trends and the people behind them. My experience, professionally and personally, spans nearly every main vertical of travel and tourism: airlines, travel marketplaces, tours and experiences, and hotel technology.

Seeing the industry from all of those sides has shaped me into a well-rounded professional who understands the systems, platforms and pressures around an operator, because I’ve been part of them. Fourth Key continues that work with an operator-side layer of advisory: an ally in your corner, with no kickbacks involved.

I’m Australian-French, I speak English, French and Spanish, and I’m a curious, open person at heart. Ask me about a new market, a guest journey or a system you’re unsure about, and I’ll want to dig in.

Why Fourth Key

The business keeps moving.

Operators I speak with share a familiar challenge: there’s always another channel, system or platform to understand. Now AI is being bolted onto almost everything.

There’s plenty of opportunity. But working out what’s useful, what fits your business and what deserves your attention takes time, especially when you have a property to run.

The fundamentals still start with the guest experience. What’s changing is everything around it, and the pace at which operators are expected to keep up.

That’s why I started Fourth Key.

Career context

A perspective shaped across travel and hospitality.

Airlines, travel marketplaces, tours and experiences, and hotel technology. Each one adds a different view of the guest and of the decisions accommodation operators make every day.

What you can expect

An ally, not a vendor.

The way we work is simple, and it doesn’t change with the size of the project.

  • Independent, with no kickbacks

We take no commissions, referral fees or reseller margins from vendors. What we recommend is based on what suits your property.

  • Operator first

We start with your priorities, your team and your guests, not with a platform or a product to sell.

  • Honest about fit

If something is not worth your time or budget, we will say so. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you that too.

  • Advice that gets done

A clear recommendation is only half the job. We stay involved to help put it into practice.

What Fourth Key does

On your side. From decisions to delivery.

We connect brand, marketing, guest experience, revenue, reputation and technology, starting with the operator’s priorities.

Fourth Key covers Asia Pacific by working closely with a number of experienced hospitality advisors across the region’s key markets. You keep one point of contact, with local knowledge brought in where it matters.

How we work

Clear advice. Practical follow-through.

Sometimes you need a fresh perspective. Sometimes you need someone to get the work done. Often, it’s both.

We work through focused projects, implementation hours, fractional commercial support and ongoing advisory relationships. The starting point is what matters to your property, your team and your guests.
